2004 年毕业于浙江大学信息与电子工程学系,获得学士学位,2009年毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所,获得博士学位。2009年进入华中科技大学光电国家实验室 博士后流动站,出站后留校任讲师、副教授。主持两项国家自然科学基金项目、一项国防自主创新项目、一项中国博士后面上基金项目,及一项国家重点实验室开放课题,参与一项863项目、两项国 家自然科学基金重点项目,及多项国 家自然科学基金面上项目。在国内外本领域权威期刊和国际会议上发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI收录论文40余篇。研究领域
