教授学习工作经历 2006 - 2007年,北京大学,材料科学与工程系,研究生; 2007 - 2009年,佐治亚理工学院,材料科学与工程系,联合培养博士生; 2009 - 2012年 北京大学,材料科学与工程系,博士生; 2012 - 2014年,加州大学洛杉矶分校,机械与航天工程系,博士后研究员; 2014 - 2015年,加州大学洛杉矶分校,医学院,研究科学家; 2014 - 现在,华中科技大学,光学与电子信息学院,教授。

研究领域


生物光子学与微流控技术课题组致力于发展面向生命科学研究的新技术。课题组当前的研究兴趣集中在生物成像技术,微流控生物芯片技术及集成式光机电器件技术三个方面。我们侧重发展高效、新型的光学显微成像技术及其应用方法,特别是超高时空分辨率光片成像技术的研发,面向大数据时代的图像并行计算的研发,以及尖端成像技术在发育生物学、组织工程、再生医学等多细胞生物体研究领域的应用。我们同时大力发展大规模集成微流控芯片技术,并将其应用在生命科学关键问题的研究中,包括细胞培养及微环境控制,以及在单细胞层次上观察生命过程的随机性。我们还将大力发展前沿的光学成像技术与微机电系统的集成和器件小型化,用于开展对活体动物的非介入性观察研究,以及服务于人的便携式医疗和健康诊断。
