个人简历
2015年毕业于澳大利亚新南威尔士大学(排名全球前100)光伏与可再生能源专业,获新南威尔士大学博士学位。主要从事硅太阳能电池、氢钝化、缺陷工程研究。主持或参与国家自然科学基金青年基金2项,与浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室、上市公司浙江正泰新能源公司等多家单位开展合作研究。发表SCI论文30余篇和专著2本, 其中第一作者兼通讯作者10余篇,包括solar energy materials and solar cells, applied physics letters, journal of alloys and compounds, solar energy等核心期刊。目前授权国际发明专利6项,中国发明专利1项,其国际发明专利“Advanced hydrogenation of silicon solar cells”应用于生产领域,被国际一流太阳能公司晶科能源、sunpower等应用于生产线,取得上亿元经济效益。代表性科研项目1.主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“高纯冶金级硅中氢状态对缺陷、杂质钝化 的行为及控制机理研究”(No.51602085)。2. 参与国家自然科学基金青年基金项目“水/醇溶性共聚物原位合成纳米晶组装用于高效稳定的有机/无机杂化太阳能电池”(No.51703045)。知识产权目前授权国际发明专利6项,中国发明专利1项。专著1.Lihui Song,2015, Laser processing to improve the quality of low cost silicon wafers, Scholar's Press2.Lihui Song,2016, Advanced hydrogenation techniques, Scholar's Press.研究领域
