个人简历

2000年7月毕业于四川大学大学食品科学与工程专业，获工学学士学位，同年，获四川大学工商管理学士学历；2006年9月-2009年7月硕士研究生毕业于西北农林科技大学微生物专业，获理学硕士学位，同年保送攻博并于2013年6月，毕业于西北农林科技大学微生物学专业，获理学博士学位。现为河西学院生命科学与工程学院教授， 于2014年入选甘肃省省委组织部“陇原青年创新人才”扶持计划B类，2015年入选中组部“西部之光”人才扶持计划，2016年中国国家留学基金委全额资助公派访学学者，2017年入选张掖市市管拔尖人才“青年精英人才”，2016-2017年英国约克大学生物系进化微生物学专业博士后。
主讲课程：微生物学
近年来从事根瘤内生细菌资源多样性及开发应用方面的研究，对河西走廊特殊生境豆科及非豆科植物根瘤菌进行了系统发育研究，发现了根瘤菌新种6个，根瘤内生细菌新种1个，充实了传统根瘤菌分类系统种的界定；对菌株基因型多样性与生态地理因子进行了关联性分析，提出并确认了海拔是影响该区根瘤内生细菌分布的主要因素；筛选了一批有生防特性的菌株，并证实了它们在促植物生长方面可能存在的机制为竞争性的抑制了植物病原菌的生态位；对特殊菌株进行了全基因组的测序，深入分析其固氮结瘤基因的横、纵向转移与物种多样性形成密切相关。
