个人简历


学习工作经历:
2013毕业于昆士兰大学获材料科学与工程博士学位(2011年3月至2011年4月访问大阪大学研习);2012年11月-2013年7月在昆士兰大学任博士后研究员;2014年9月至2015年8月江苏科技大学;2015年9月至今华侨大学,2020年晋升教授。
曾获QUT Postgraduate Research Award (QUTPRA)、Australian Postgraduate Award (APA) with top-up from Nihon Superior Centre for the Manufacture of Electronic Materials (NS CMEM) and UQ Graduate School International Travel Award (GSITA)、The Best Published Material Award (UQ Postgraduate Engineering Conference 2012)等奖励;2017年入选福建省高层次海外人才(境外B类);2019年福建省优秀硕士论文(指导教师,机械工程领域2名)。
主持或参加的科研项目:
1.国家自然科学基金联合基金重点项目: 复杂形状石材制品省材高效加工关键技术基础研究,参与,在研。
2.国家自然科学基金面上项目:活性软钎料低温连接金刚石磨粒关键技术的基础研究,主持,结题。

1.电子封装领域的界面金属间化合物的晶体结构、生长行为;
2.在金刚石焊接过程中液固、固固界面相变行为以及其对应的润湿、连接机理对金刚石钎焊热损伤机制;
