个人简历


福建省“闽江学者”福建省特聘教授、博导,开创了内置氧化剂脱氢偶联反应,发展了被国际同行称为的崔-吴偶联反应和崔氏烯胺酮。近五年已在JACS、Angew Chem、Chem Sci、ACS Cat、Chem Commu、Org Lett 等SCI收录杂志上发表 150 篇论文, 多篇论文被 Angew Chem, Synfact 和《有机化学》等期刊作为亮点介绍,并被 Chem Rev、Chem Soc Rev、Adv Synth & Catal等期刊以较长篇幅综合评述。成功地把有机化学与现代生物医学结合起来,分别发现一种海洋生物和水生动物粗提物具有较强的抗HBV活性和逆转肝纤维化作用;经过反复实验,已经建立了切实可行的海洋生物有效成分分离方法,并对有效成分进行了抗HBV和逆转器官纤维化测试,结果发现该有效组分具有较强的抗HBV和抗肝纤维化活性,具有广阔的开发前景和应用价值。申请专利 45 项,其中21 项发明专利已授权。曾获得河南省科技进步一等奖、教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果二等奖、河南省教育厅科技成果一等奖、福建省青年科技奖和泉州市优秀创新人才、福建省自然科学三等奖。
