2007-2011年获得山东师范大学应用心理学学士学位；2011-2017年于华南师范大学获得心理学硕士和博士学位；2015-2017年赴美国哈佛医学院麻省总院联合培养；2017年-2018年10月受聘于中山大学公共卫生学院妇幼系副研究员；2018年11月受聘于华南师范大学心理学院特聘研究员。
