个人简历

何祖平博士，湖南师范大学医学院院长，湖南师范大学潇湘学者特聘教授，博士生导师。上海高校特聘教授（东方学者）、湖湘高层次人才聚焦工程-杰出创新人才、上海市浦江人才计划、上海市教委-上海交通大学医学院双百人计划。国家自然科学基金重点项目负责人，国家重大科学研究课题负责人，国家重点研发计划课题负责人，国家自然科学基金面上项目负责人（3项），上海市科委重点项目负责人、湖南省重大专项课题负责人。2003年7月，在中国科学院研究生院获得博士学位。留美博士后和助理教授：2004年2月至2008年2月在美国乔治城大学从事博士后研究；2008年3月至2011年2月在美国乔治城大学担任助理教授。2011年2月-2017年10为上海交通大学研究员，特聘教授，博士生导师。2016年，被评审为上海市正高三级技术岗位。曾任上海市男科学研究所所长；现任模式动物与干细胞生物学湖南省重点实验室主任。
他是国家杰出青年基金项目评审专家，长江学者（讲座教授、特聘教授、青年学者）评审专家。国家创新人才推进计划（创新人才、创新团队）评审专家。国家自然科学基金重大项目、重点项目、国际合作重点项目、面上项目、青年项目的通讯评审专家和/或会议评审专家。国家优秀青年基金项目评审专家。湖南省“百人计划”会评专家。上海市自然科学奖主审专家（通讯评审、会议评审）。
长期从事生殖医学、细胞生物学、分子生物学研究。其研究成果已发表或接受发表在国际著名期刊，如Nature子刊CellDeathandDifferentiation（即时IF：11.07）、StemCellReports（IF：7.338）、StemCells（IF：7.747，3篇研究论文）、MolecularTherapy-NucleicAcids(即时IF：7.05，6篇研究论文)等。已发表或接受发表SCI收录论文84篇。其中，以通讯作者或第一作者已发表或接受发表SCI收录论文71篇，合计SCI影响因子（IF）＞310；IF＞5论文29篇，H指数31，论文被NatureGenetics、CellStemCell等SCI引用2400多次。单篇论文最高SCI引用次数291次。担任SCI期刊Reproduction副主编、ScientificReports编委、AsianJournalofAndrology编委。获得2018年度上海医学科技奖一等奖、教育部科技进步奖二等奖。
