窦威,以第一作者/通讯作者在Applied Physics Letters、IEEE Electron Device Letters、RSC Advances、ACS Omega等国际学术期刊发表9篇论文,曾在新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究工作,在半导体材料和薄膜材料方面的研究取得了多项突破国外技术垄断的重要研究成果,获得4项专利授权。研发的具有智能光热分离功能的磁控窗膜在隔热性能、安全防爆等领域处于行业领先位置。 学术贡献1.采用具有双电层效应的介质层开展低电压薄膜晶体管的制备及其在逻辑调控电路中的应用;2.开展金属和金属氧化物多层叠加结构的光热分离的研究,并探索其低成本、大规模生产模式。教学情况为本科生讲授高频电子线路、传感器与信号处理电路等课程。承担课题更新中......代表性论文 获奖情况 曾入选辽宁省“百千万人才工程”万人层次企业创新人才;被评为大连市劳动模范;在第六届中国创新创业大赛新材料组作为答辩人帮助公司获得优秀企业奖。研究领域
