个人简介：
冯精兰,1979年11月生，河南新乡人，教授，硕士生导师。先后荣获河南省高等学校青年骨干教师、河南省教育厅学术技术带头人、河南省高等学校科技创新人才等荣誉称号。
教育与研究经历：
1997.09-2001.06河南师范大学环境监测专业，获学士学位；
2001.09-2004.06河南师范大学环境工程专业，获硕士学位；
2004.09-2007.06北京师范大学环境科学专业，获博士学位；
2007.07-2010.12河南师范大学化学与环境科学学院，讲师；
2011.01-2012.07河南师范大学化学与环境科学学院，副教授；
2012.08至今河南师范大学环境学院，副教授。
