个人简历


1981年11月出生,从1999年到2003年在郑州大学数学系学习,于2003年获信息与计算科学专业学士学位;从2003年到2008年在中山大学数学与计算科学学院硕博连读,于2008年6月获应用数学专业博士学位。攻读博士学位期间主要从事统计机器学习方法的研究。2008年7月博士毕业后进入华南农业大学数学与信息学院工作。2009年7月到9月和2010年7月到9月在香港城市大学电子工程系担任Senior Research Associate。2011年2月到2012年2月在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学电子与系统工程系从事博士后研究。2018年8月到2019年8月在英国萨里大学计算机系从事访问学者研究。2013年入选广东省优秀青年教师培养计划,2014年入选华南农业大学青年教授。主持完成1项国家自然科学基金青年项目和1项面上项目,1项教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金,1项广东省教育教学改革项目。发表研究论文十余篇,其中SCI期刊7篇,EI国际会议12篇。

WEIFENG ZHANG received a Ph.D. degree in Applied Mathematics from Sun Yat-Sen University, China. He is currently an associate professor in the Department of Mathematics of South China Agricultural University, China. His research areas are mainly in statistical machine learning methods and their applications. Specialization in regression methods, local learning, multi-output learning and application to spectral reflectance estimation, bioinformatics, and revenue management.
