个人简历


刘极龙,男,1982年2月出生于辽宁省丹东市宽甸县,理学博士,2002年进入东北农业大学生物科学理科基地八年制本硕博连读班,2011年博士毕业。2011年毕业后在汕头大学理学院生物系进行教学科研工作,讲 师。2013年转入华南农业大学兽医学院。
自2006年以来,一直从事哺乳动物胚胎着床的分子机制研究。最近5年,以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表在JBC、PLOS one、Reproductive Sciences等杂志发表SCI论文7篇,单篇引用最高为17次。

"·生殖生物学:筛选子宫对胚胎着床接受性相关的分子标记,以及研究胚胎着床和子宫蜕膜化的分子机理。
·生物信息学:通过基因芯片、蛋白组学、大规模并行测序等高通量方法并结合开发新的生物信息学算法、软件和数据库来研究胚胎着床过程。
·非编码RNA:主要兴趣在于研究非编码RNA的功能及作用机理"
