研究领域


以拟南芥、水稻和辣椒为材料,综合运用遗传、生化分析与检测、生物成像、生物信息和结构生物学等手段,围绕以下三个相互独立,但又紧密关联的方向开展工作:(1)细胞活动与环境适应性:围绕植物细胞如何根据其内外环境动态变化调控其细胞活动,并适应环境的相关科学问题进行系统探究。现阶段主要工作是解析受体蛋白激酶FERONIA在植物生长发育与逆境响应等调控中的信号网络;(2)优良农作物性状挖掘及新品种培育:将RALF多肽,FERONIA等在绿色、高产、优质中发挥关键作用的基因资源应用于水稻及辣椒等经济作物的品种培育和性状改良;(3)生物信息学与大数据:利用宏基因组学和大数据分析手段,研究RNA生物学、系统生物学、植物与微生物互作及植物功能基因的挖掘和进化等相关问题。
