个人简历
黄锦岭,男,博士,教授,博士生导师。美国东卡罗莱纳大学(East Carolina University)生物系教授(Professor)。主要从事植物功能基因组学,水平基因转移等方面的研究,先后主持和共同主持美国心脏协会,美国国家自然科学基金,中国国家自然科学基金多项。2012年至今作为主要海外成员参与中国科学院和国家外国专家局“北半球植物生物地理学与适应性演化机制研究”创新团队国际合作伙伴计划。2013年10月-至今,中科院昆明植物研究所生物多样性和生物地理重点实验室客座荣誉研究员。现担任Journal of Systematics and Evolution编辑,Frontiers in Plant Sciences, Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution, Frontiers in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology编委。主要研究方向以生物信息学和进化基因组学为手段,研究真核生物基因组进化过程中的一些关键问题,其中包括水平基因转移在真核生物各类群中的频率及发生机制,以及各种主要进化机制(水平基因转移、新基因起源、基因重复等)在真核生物大类群起源分化及不同进化阶段的作用。近期重点研究真核生物各类群之间的关系,内共生的作用,以及主要特有形状的起源在类群适应性进化中的作用。研究领域
