个人简历


陈辉,男,博士,教授,硕士生导师。2011年在华南理工大学获工学博士学位(硕博连读)。2011年7月至2019年2月在中国科学院水生生物研究所从事藻类生物学与光合逆境响应的研究工作。2019年3月,入选河南大学“黄河学者”特聘教授。在Mol Plant, Biotechnol Biofuel, Appl Energ, Environ Sci Technol等国际著名学术期刊发表论文10余篇,承担国家、省部级科研项目10余项。

研究领域


研究方向:微藻光合逆境响应、合成生物学及环境应用。
光合逆境响应研究方面,关注环境胁迫条件下微藻基于光合作用的能量、物质与信号的交互机制与适应策略;合成生物学研究方面,聚焦在光合模式蓝藻等底盘细胞中实现基于合成生物学的从CO2到目标天然产物的绿色生物制造;环境应用方面,涉及能源微藻用于环境污染物生物减排、污染物资源化和微藻生物转化的基础理论与生产工艺。""
