许辉,男,1978年出生,博士(后),湖北汉川人,黑龙江大学化学化工与材料学院教授、博士生导师,功能无机材料化学教育部重点实验室常务专职副主任。“长江学者”奖励计划青年学者项目入选者,黑龙江省“535”工程第二层次“有机化学”领军人才梯队后备带头人。\r\r学历和工作经历 :\r哈尔滨工业大学应用化学系本科;\r哈尔滨工业大学材料学专业工学硕士学位,师从黄玉东教授;\r复旦大学有机化学专业理学博士学位,师从黄维院士。\r新加坡国立大学化学系博士后,师从著名纳米材料学家刘小钢教授。\r2006年6月进入黑龙江大学化学化工与材料学院工作。\r2011年9月受聘为教授,博士生导师。\r2012年5月受聘为功能无机材料化学教育部重点实验室专职副主任。\r\r获奖及入选人才支持计划:\r2017年获黑龙江省科学技术奖自然科学类一等奖(排名第一);\r2011年获黑龙江省青年科技奖和黑龙江省科学技术二等奖(排名第三)。\r2016年入选“长江学者”奖励计划青年学者项目;\r2015年获黑龙江省杰出青年基金项目资助;\r2014年获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师基金基础性研究课题择优资助(黑龙江大学唯一入选);\r2013年入选首批青年龙江学者特聘教授奖励计划和黑龙江省长江学者后备支持计划;\r2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。研究领域
"""""所领导的磷基光电功能材料课题组主要开展功能磷化学相关的基础和应用研究,特别是在芳香膦氧主客体材料及其超低压驱动全色电致发光器件和双发射电致发光材料构筑及其高效器件等方向的研究处于国际前沿水平。在国际上首次实现了单一主体超低压驱动白光电致磷光和热激发延迟荧光器件,多次刷新蓝光电致磷光和热激发延迟荧光器件最低驱动电压记录,填补了普适性全色高效热激发延迟荧光主体材料等研究空白,提出了基于铜配合物等体系的双发射电致发光材料设计构想并成功验证。所制备的DPEPO、DBFPPO和SFXSPO等代表性芳香膦氧主体材料得到国内外同行的广泛认可并被商品化,其中DPEPO成为蓝光热激发延迟荧光器件的主流主体材料,已在500余篇SCI论文工作中被采用。"近期论文
