茅晓晨，工学博士，教授，博士生导师。2003年，中国矿业大学工程力学专业本科毕业。2009年，南京航空航天大学一般力学与力学基础专业硕博连读研究生毕业，师从中国科学院院士胡海岩教授。2016年，美国加州大学伯克利分校访问学者。
