个人简历
男,博士,加州大学洛杉矶分校访问学者。分别获东北大学学士,合肥工业大学硕士,博士,现任合肥工业大学电子科学与应用物理学院副教授,硕士生导师,安徽省微电子机械系统(MEMS)工程技术研究中心教师。从事微电子领域的教学和科研工作,近年来在Advanced Functional Materials, IEEE Electron Device Letters,Small, Advanced Science,Nano Research, Nanoscale, Sensors & Actuators: A.
