个人简历


Can Wang (IEEE S’11-M’15) received his B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from Shandong University, China, in 2007, and M.E. from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing, China, in 2010. He served as a research assistant in the power and power electronics engineering group at McGill University from 2010 to 2015. He worked as a simulation specialist at Opal-RT Technologies Inc., Montreal, Canada, in 2013. In 2015, he received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. From 2015-2016, he worked as a Post Doctoral Research Fellow at the McMaster Automotive Resource Center (MARC), McMaster University, Canada. Before joining HIT, he worked at China Southern Grid (CSG) Electirc Power Research Institute (EPRI) for several month focusing on the real-time simulation for multi-terminal HVDC networks. Now he is working at HIT as an assistant Professor. His research interests include modeling, control and simulation of power electronics converters for the power gird application, motor drive and power grid integration of renewable energies such as wind, solar, etc.
王灿(IEEE S'11-M'15)2007年于山东大学电气工程学院获得工程学士学位并保送北京航空航天大学攻读硕士学位。他于2010年在北京航空航天大学仪器科学与光电工程学院获得工程硕士学位。2010年, 王灿加入加拿大麦吉尔大学电子工程学院电力与电力电子实验室攻读博士学位并担任研究助理, 师从世界著名直流输电专家Boon-Teck Ooi教授。2013年,他在加拿大欧泊实时技术有限公司(Opal-RT Technologies Inc.)实习,担任高压直流系统仿真建模专家。2015年,他于加拿大麦吉尔大学电子工程系获得博士学位。2015-2016年,他在加拿大麦克马斯特大学汽车研究中心(混动,纯电动汽车)做博士后研究员。加入哈工大前,他工作于南方电网科学研究院,主要从事多端直流输电系统的实时仿真建模。现在他工作于哈工大深圳。
