Chemical Engineering Journal (2020) 380: 122425.亮点:基于20个实验室规模厌氧系统进行了长达三年的连续观测,获得了130余个处于特定条件下的微生物群落。通过分析每个群落的结构特点和生物多样性特征,发现了一个涵盖六个细菌菌属的核心菌群,并证实了该核心菌群对各厌氧系统都具有重要的控制力。该研究揭示了(核心)细菌菌群对广义的厌氧系统具有与古细菌同样重要的影响力,因而将启发新的厌氧系统生物强化策略。J.
