个人简历
火栋博士毕业于东京大学工学院技术经营战略学系,获博士学位,现任哈尔滨工业大学(深圳)经济管理学院副教授、党委副书记,获深圳市海外高层次人才、南山区“领航人才”认定。他在校开设《创新与战略》和《企业与地区经济调研》等课程,并与多领域专家学者合作讲授由联合国开发计划署(UNDP)开设的网络公开课程《可持续发展目标网络公开课程》。学术论文发表于《Research Policy》《Industrial & Corporate Change》等国际顶尖学术期刊,曾获《Research Policy》审稿杰出贡献奖。此外,火栋博士积极参与科技创业活动,并为互联网领域的创业者提供咨询。他的经历涉及研究助理、研发项目主管和技术顾问等岗位,曾参与多项在计算机通信、路由协议、网络安全和电子出版等领域的技术研发和商业咨询项目,包括国家自然科学基金、863、973等国家项目以及与爱立信、华为、中国移动和中国电信等企业的合作项目。Dr. Dong Huo works as an Associate Professor and the CPC Deputy Secretary of School of Economics and Management at Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen. He received his Ph.D. degree at the University of Tokyo, and was recognized as Overseas High-Caliber Personnel of Shenzhen. His lectures include Corporate Strategy and Innovation, Firm and Economic Survey, and a MOOC course supported by the United Nation Development Program (UNDP). His current work focuses on technology & innovation management, patent, and standard. He has published articles on leading academic and professional journals including Research Policy, and Industrial & Corporate Change, and was awarded Outstanding Contribution in Reviewing by Research Policy.Besides, Dr. Huo has been active in tech ventures. He consults for entrepreneurs in Internet businesses.
