Dr. Bing Guo’s research was mainly focused on aggregation-induced emission materials and conjugated polymers for biomedical and energy applications. He contributed to advanced molecular imaging and treatment technologies for brain diseases by developing functional optical sensors in the second near-infrared window, for which he was awarded a “CSC Scholarship for Outstanding Self-financed Student Abroad” in year 2019.

Recruitment of Post-Doctors in Laboratory of Molecular Engineering
(i) The candidate should be younger than 35-year old, and has no more than 3-year work experience since PhD graduation.
(ii) The promising candidate should have at least one of the following backgrounds, which include organic dyes, polymers, drug delivery systems, immunotherapy, cell culture, animal study and etc.
(iii) The salary is negotiable and starts from 320,000 RMB annually.

研究领域


分子工程实验室的主要研究方向:
1.分子影像。针对脑疾病(脑肿瘤和神经退化疾病),心血管疾病,耐药菌,肿瘤等,设计分子影像探针,实现疾病的早期诊断和精准治疗。努力推进近红外(NIR-II)荧光的小分子影像探针的临床转化。
使用多学科知识和技术(有机化学、高分子、药学、生物医学、纳米技术、先进(荧光、光声、核磁、多模态等)影像技术),着重提高多尺度成像的质量(灵敏度、分辨率、深度和信噪比)和各种治疗方法(化疗、光动力、光热、免疫治疗等)的疗效,推进转化医学的进步。
2. 前药、药物递送高分子。纳米药物和制剂的设计、稳定制备与临床转化。
3.智能材料与器件:小分子和高分子的有机发光二极管材料与器件(OLED,PLED)、柔性电子器件、光电检测器、有机半导体激光、热电高分子、光/热控形变高分子、力致变色材料、磷光材料、动态荧光防伪材料、体外检测材料等。
4. 高分子树脂,纤维-树脂复合材料
5. 能源材料:例如用于固态锂电池的聚电解质,光/电催化材料,电子/空穴传输材料。""
