分别在厦门大学,浙江大学和南洋理工大学获得学士,硕士和博士学位;博士毕业后在伊利诺伊大学香槟分校和加州大学伯克利分校/劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室从事博士后研究;于2018年初加入哈尔滨工业大学。长期从事铁电、铁磁、多铁和强关联电子体系等复杂功能氧化物材料的制备、结构和性能调控、相关物理机制研究,探索功能氧化物材料在低功耗信息存储、传感与驱动、能量存储与转换等领域的应用。主要涉及在原子尺度上对氧化物薄膜和异质结的设计及外延生长,铁电、铁磁、压电、磁电和光电等性能表征和相关物理机制研究,以及相关器件的优化设计及制备。在器件应用方面,博后期间参与英特尔项目,合作开展多铁BiFeO3 薄膜在新型低功耗、非易失性存储器和逻辑芯片的应用研究。
迄今,在 Nature Nanotechno., PNAS, Phys. Rev. Lett.(2篇), Sci. Adv. (3篇), Adv. Funct. Mater.(3篇), Nature Commun. (4篇), Nano Lett.(3篇), ACS Nano(3篇), Adv. Mater.(8篇), Phys. Rev. B (8篇), Appl. Phys. Lett. (13篇)等国际期刊上发表SCI论文80余篇;研究成果被十多名发达国家院士/中科院院士等发表在Nature,Science, Nature Mater., Nature Nanotechnol., Nature Phys, Nat. Rev. Mater.,Rev. Mod. Phys.,Phys. Rev. Lett.等期刊引用,总引用次数2400余次,H因子31(Google Scholar Citations);研究工作被劳伦斯伯克利国家实验室和Adv. Mater., Nature. Commun.等杂志或机构选为研究亮点报道。曾获“国家优秀自费留学生奖学金”和南洋理工大学Ian Ferguson Postgraduate Fellowship;获亚太同步辐射研究协会AOFSRR资助应邀参加第五届亚太同步辐射论坛。多次应邀为Nature Commun., Nano Lett.和Adv. Mater.等十多个期刊的审稿和斯坦福同步辐射光源SSRL项目评审。入职后至今获邀在国内外学术会议上作邀请报告10余次。
