崔 玉明，日本早稻田大学博士，美国哈佛大学 Asia Fellow，现任哈尔滨工业大学（深圳）经济管理学院副教授。东亚国际经济协会会员，深圳市海外高层次人才，深圳市南山区领航人才。在加入哈工大（深圳）之前，先后在香港金融管理局、意大利中央银行和芬兰中央银行做博士研究实习和访问，并在亚洲开发银行研究院（ADBI）（东京）和意大利 Centro Europa Ricerche （CER）经济研究所（罗马）从事研究工作。
