杨龙海，男，汉族，安徽人，1970年生。哈尔滨工业大学交通科学与工程学院交通工程系教师。
先后参与及主持承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、863重点项目、973子项目以及一批省部级重点项目和多项国际合作项目等。 获得黑龙江高等教育学会二等奖、适应新世纪发展需要的交通工程专业课程与实验教学改革教学成果二等奖和辽宁省科学技术厅三等奖；软件著作权2项。
