个人简历


王健,男,汉族,1974年生。管理科学与工程专业博士,哈尔滨工业大学研究生院副院长,交通运输工程学科和公共管理学科教授,博士生导师;2010年“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者。
近5年主持和参加科研项目10余项,包括国家自然科学基金、国家863计划和省部级科技攻关项目等。获省部级科技进步奖7项,发表学术论文70余篇,其中SCI检索12篇,EI检索40余篇。在科学出版社主编出版专著3部,人民交通出版社出版专著4部,参编专著1部、译著2部,获得授权发明专利4项,软件著作权8项。
荣誉称号
2005年获“深圳市优秀博士后”荣誉称号;
2009年12月被聘为教授;
2010年获得哈工大优秀教师荣誉称号;
2010年“教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者。

1. 运输经济学
简介:研究社会生产和生活中旅客和货物借助各种运输工具进行位置转移的经济问题的学科。
主要内容:运输的性质和特征,运输在社会经济发展中的地位和作用;运输与生产力布局的关系,运输与流通的关系,运输业的管理体制;运输合理化的经济效果,运输业采用新技术的经济问题,各种运输技术措施的经济效果计算及评价;运输业的经济政策和技术政策及其理论依据;运价形成,运输成本分析及运输业的经济核算等。
2. 公路经济学
简介:研究公路建设项目在规划、建设、营运过程中的经济规律,并对公路收费、公路经营权转让等当前的热点和难点问题进行理论上的分析和研究。
主要内容:公路经济学导论、微观经济学理论、经济评价与投资决策、公路工程招标及经济分析、公路收费及收费管理等。
3.城市与区域经济学
简介:从经济学的角度讲授企业区位与产业集聚、城市及其体系、住房与房地产,交通系统分析、地方政府分析、区域成长与差异、城市与区域政策等内容,为公共管理学科人员做出更好的规划和管理策略提供分析经济分析工具。
主要内容:古典区位理论、单中心城市模型、Hotelling模型、新经济地理学、经济集聚与产业集聚及其效率、城市与城市化、城市的空间结构、区域差异与趋同、中国区域发展、地方公共经济、城市与区域政策等。
招生信息
在交通运输工程(交通运输规划与管理)一级学科招收硕士和博士。
同时,在公共管理一级学科招收硕士和博士。
截至2018年底,已培养毕业博士生7人并完成指导博士后2名,已有多人目前在重要工作岗位就职。培养毕业全日制硕士生17名(近5年11人),指导在读研究生6人,在读博士生12人。候选人作为指导教师指导、带领本科生在全国大学生交通科技大赛中2次获奖,带领研究生在中国“互联网+交通运输”创新创业大赛中获奖,指导学生毕业生中有多人获得省级三好学生、省级优秀毕业生、哈工大优秀硕士毕业生、校级优秀团员和五四奖章等。
