工作经历
1986.7～至今，哈尔滨工业大学通信技术研究所，历任助教、讲师、副教授、教授，通信技术研究所移动通信室主任、航天专用通信系统重点实验室副主任，副所长
1986.10～1990.3，作为高级访问研究员在日本京都大学从事移动通信技术研究
教育经历
1978.9~1982.7 哈尔滨工业大学无线电工程系通信工程专业，本科毕业并获工学学士学位；
1983.9~1986.7 哈尔滨工业大学无线电工程系通信工程专业，研究生毕业并获工学硕士学位；
2002.9~2005.11 哈尔滨工业大学电子与通信工程系通信与信息系统学科，获得工学博士学位。
