"一、极限性能电机及其驱动控制系统
1. 高功率密度电机系统

2. 精密直线电机及其控制系统
在超精密直流直线电机领域,研制的多种超精密永磁同步直线电机,在国家重大专项光刻机双工件台α样机系统和国产车铣复合加工中心装备中应用与推广,替代了进口产品。分别针对长行程大推力直线电机和短行程超精密直线电机两种类型开展研究工作。
2.1 长行程大推力直线电机
长行程大推力直线电机主要应用在高档数控机床、光刻机等高端制造装备中,具有长行程、高推力密度、高精度等优点。主要研究内容为:
(1)精密直线电机多维力波动形成机制
(2)系列分段模块化电机设计方法
(3)高品质电流调控方法
(4)长行程大推力直线电机综合性能测试技术
