个人简历


关新春,河北枣强人,1973年生。教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划获得者。
主要从事高性能土木工程材料、混凝土结构耐久性以及智能材料与结构系统等方面的研究工作。主持完成国家自然科学基金3项、863计划1项。作为主要研究人员,参与完成了包括 “973计划”、 “863计划”、国家科技支撑计划、国家重点研发计划在内的多个国家级项目的研究工作。发表论文100余篇,其中半数以上被SCI或EI索引,获得国家发明专利10余项,获国家科技进步奖二等奖1项,教育部自然科学和科技进步一等奖各1项。

论著成果

研究领域


"高性能土木工程材料
作为一种结构材料,强度的提高、韧性的改善以及阻尼系数的增加是混凝土力学性能的主要追求目标,研制超高性能的混凝土是混凝土领域研究的永恒主题。围绕这一背景,主要开展如下研究工作:
(1)超高强混凝土的制备原理及基本性能特征研究;
(2)超韧性混凝土的制备原理及基本性能特征研究;
(3)高阻尼混凝土的制备原理及基本性能特征研究;
(4)裂缝自愈合混凝土的制备原理及基本性能特征研究。
混凝土耐久性理论
混凝土结构的耐久性是指,在服役过程中抵抗使用环境中各种物理、化学退化作用以及荷载损伤作用,保证混凝土结构、构件或材料不因上述作用而发生破坏的能力。混凝土结构的耐久性问题主要包括氯盐侵蚀破坏、冻融循环破坏、碱集料反应、碳化以及机械磨损等。围绕混凝土结构的耐久性问题,主要开展如下研究工作:
(1)混凝土冻融破坏机制研究:研究混凝土微观结构与混凝土抗渗性、抗冻性的关系,混凝土微观结构的调控手段,高抗冻性混凝土制备方法;
(2)混凝土内氯离子的传输过程研究:研究氯离子从混凝土表面向内部的侵入过程、侵入机理及传输模型,探讨氯离子传输过程的影响因素;
(3)钢筋锈蚀过程及锈蚀钢筋力学性能研究:研究不同环境、不同类型钢筋的锈蚀速率、锈蚀产物、锈坑形貌以及不同锈蚀状态下钢筋的力学性能退化特征与规律;
(4)钢筋锈蚀引起混凝土保护层开裂过程研究:研究不同锈胀情况下,混凝土保护层的开裂状态及规律,锈蚀状态下钢筋与混凝土之间的握裹力的变化情况。
智能材料与结构系统
智能材料与结构是在工程构造中植入传感系统、信号处理系统以及驱动系统,赋予结构健康自诊断、环境自适应、损伤自修复等某些智能功能与生命特征,达到增强结构安全、减轻质量、降低能耗、提高性能为目标的一种工程构造。智能材料与结构是多学科交叉的综合科学,它的研究与材料学、物理学、化学、力学、电子学、仿生学等密切相关,它的发展将开拓新的学科领域,推动诸多方面的技术进步,并引起材料与结构设计思想的重大变革。围绕这一背景,主要开展如下研究工作:
(1)新型传感元件:适用于土木工程结构健康监测的新型传感元件以及敏感材料的制备,包括应变、温度、湿度传感器以及压阻材料、压电材料、湿敏材料、温敏材料等;
(2)智能混凝土:具有自感知、自修复或自愈合特征的混凝土材料与结构;
(3)基于智能材料的新型减振装备:适用于土木结构振动控制的减振装置的制备与性能研究,包括磁流变阻尼器、形状记忆合金阻尼。"
