蒋伊琳，男，1980年出生，工学博士，硕士生副导师。2009年毕业于哈尔滨工程大学信息与通信工程学院，获得通信与信息系统专业工学博士学位。 

研究领域

图像处理与电子对抗。主要集中在基于压缩感知的图像重建、基于机器学习的信号识别和基于压缩感知的无源定位等方面。
