研究领域


1、生物入侵和达尔文归化谜团。以农业弃耕地、人工控制性草地实验和细菌微宇宙为研究对象,阐明物种进化历史和功能性状如何影响外来生物的入侵和危害。
2、岛屿生物地理学。以杭州千岛湖为模式系统,研究微生物是否具有和植物一样的生物地理格局,揭示微生物群落构建机制及其对生态系统功能的影响。
3、群落演替和生态恢复。利用长期演替连续观测研究,探讨外来种入侵和土著物种灭绝如何影响群落演替进程,尝试利用演替理论指导受损生态系统的加速恢复。
