2002和2005年分别获得华东师范大学微电子学专业学士和硕士学位,2009年获得日本筑波大学电子物理工学专业博士学位。博士毕业后一直在日本东京大学物性研究所从事科研工作,任日本学术振兴会特别研究员。2013年被评为上海高校特聘教授(东方学者),同年入选国家人才计划, 2014年被聘为华东师范大学紫江优秀青年研究员。2016年起担任电子工程系主任。主要从事5G通讯超快半导体脉冲激光器芯片、微纳结构激光器、高效率半导体太阳能电池、超快驱动电路芯片与系统等方面的科研工作。至今已发表SCI收录论文75篇,申请中国专利25项、获得授权10项,相关成果进行了科技成果转化。先后荣获上海市优秀毕业生、日本政府奖学金、日本筑波大学优秀博士生、中国国家优秀自费留学生、日本学术振兴会奖学金、日本丸文研究交流助成奖、上海市科技进步二等奖等多项科研奖励。
