董静洲,42岁,湖北广水人,博士后,湖北民族学院副教授,野生动植物保护与利用专业硕士生导师,湖北佰特克生物工程有限公司董事长。研究与开发领域为:生物资源开发应用与功能食品工程技术研究。截至目前已在Food Chemistry、Journal of Functional Food、Journal of Food Biochemistry、Applied biochemistry and biotechnology、中国中药杂志等学术期刊发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI收录15篇,获得国家发明专利30余项,成果转化10余项。大学开始受教育经历:2013年-2014年: 中国科学院华南植物园,生化工程方向,博士后。2006年-2009年: 中国科学院大学,天然产物方向,博士研究生。2002/09-2005/06: 湖南农业大学,药用植物资源方向,硕士研究生。1994/09-1997/06: 湖北工程学院,大学。研究工作经历:2009/09-至今:湖北民族学院,生物资源保护与利用湖北省重点实验室,副教授。 2005/09-2006/06:青海师范大学,中藏药资源保护与利用教育部重点实验室,助教。从事的教学工作(1)承担的本科生课程:药理学、生物化学、天然产物化学、植物分类学、专业英语(生物学)、自然科学概论、园艺产品加工工艺学、酶工程、分离工程、食品生物化学。(2)承担的研究生课程:高级药理学实验技术、天然产物开发专题、高级植物学、天然产物结构分析。研究领域
