个人简历


丁肇豪,博士,华北电力大学电气与电子工程学院副教授。2010年毕业于山东大学,获得工学学士和经济学学士;2015年毕业美国德克萨斯大学阿灵顿分校,获得博士学位。主要研究方向包括电力市场、电动汽车、电力系统优化运行等。作为负责人/主要参与人承担了三十余项科研项目,资助方包括国家自然科学基金、北京市优秀人才培养计划、国家能源局、英国繁荣基金、美国能源部等机构。作为主笔人之一参与了国家能源局《电力市场基本规则》、《电力市场监管办法》等规则的草拟工作;作为主要成员之一参与了多个省市和区域电力市场建设方案的研究和起草工作。
