个人简历


冯哲川,男,1944年12月出生,美籍华人,物理科学与工程技术学院杰出外籍教授。毕业于北京大学(1968年本科,1982年获硕士学位)及美国匹兹堡大学,于1987年获博士学位。具有30多年从事半导体材料和器件方面的丰富研究经历,曾工作于Emory大学,新加坡国立大学,美国乔治亚理工学院,EMCORE公司,新加坡材料研究及工程学院,和台湾大学。2015年1月台湾大学工作11年后退休,于3月受聘加入广西大学物理学院为杰出教授,组建并领导光电子材料与探测技术实验室(依托广西相对论天体物理重点实验室)。获奖及荣誉

主讲课程
研究生:光电子学,光电子材料与器件研究生培养
为我校化学工程二级学科博士生导师并材料物理与材料化学,光电子材料与器件二级学科硕士生导师。目前与光电子材料与探测技术团队内五名教师协同指导18名硕士研究生。
主持科研项目
曾主持台湾大学内的十余项科研项目;目前向国家自然基金委提交了两项主持科研项目。

研究领域


着重于宽能隙半导体的多学科材料研究及奈米器件制程及研发,金属氧化物化学气相外延和其他技术长晶及研究,表面科学,同步辐射,多学科检测技术在光学/电子材料/结构的应用,计算机理论仿真宽能隙半导体及奈米结构之光学和材料特性。已出版11本关于先进化合物半导体材料和微观结构、多孔硅、碳化硅、固态照明与LED和三族氮化物的英文专书,发表文章700多篇,400多篇被SCI收录,被引用次数超过4900次。
