个人简历
一、基本情况魏衍全,男,1987年9月生,山东省菏泽市人。本科毕业于山东农业大学动物科技学院,硕士学位和博士学位均获得于中国农业科学院研究生院。现为甘肃农业大学动物医学院预防兽医系校内直聘副教授。二、教学情况为本科生承担《兽医公共卫生学》、《动物性食品卫生理化检验》的理论与实验教学任务。目前正在协助指导硕士研究生2人。三、科研情况主持及参与的项目:1.国家自然科学基金青年项目,口蹄疫病毒调控CD59表达时响应蛋白的筛选与功能分析,主持,在研。2.科技部中波合作交流项目,表达Var2株S基因的重组传染性支气管炎病毒的构建及其特性分析,主持,在研。3.国家重点实验室开放课题,猫科冠状病毒分子流行病学调查及检测方法的建立,主持,在研。4.国家自然科学基金青年项目,miR-361和miR-34a在口蹄疫病毒感染PK15细胞中的免疫调控作用研究,参与,在研。5.国家自然科学基金面上项目,蓝舌病病毒NS1蛋白微管的形成机制与功能,参与,在研。6.科技部国际科技合作专项,鸡传染性支气管炎病毒宿主嗜性及新型细胞苗的合作研究,参与,结题。授权发明专利:1.一种猪瘟病毒C株EST敏感细胞系的选育方法,排名第2;2.适于细胞培养的嵌合IBVH120S1基因膜外区的重组病毒及其构建方法和应用,排名第3;3.嵌合IBV4/91株纤突蛋白膜外区基因片段的重组传染性支气管炎病毒及其构建方法和应用,排名第3;4.犬细小病毒病毒样颗粒的制备及用途,排名第4;5.猪圆环病毒2型抗体快速检测层析试纸条及制备方法,排名第5;6.一种肿瘤药物靶向载体及应用,排名第5。获奖情况:原核表达系统获得病毒样颗粒关键技术及平台建立,大北农科技奖,2015年,排名第5。研究领域
