个人简历

张军，男，江西省青年井冈学者，江西省百千万人才工程入选者。现为赣南师范大学园艺学硕士生导师，中科院华南植物园博士研究生导师，国家脐橙工程技术研究中心博士后科研工作站合作导师。主持国家自然科学基金两项，江西省科技厅及教育厅等省厅级项目多项。主要从事天然源活性物质开发利用研究。

研究领域

1、 脐橙资源综合开发利用研究：主要开展a)赣南脐橙品质分析、橙汁加工关键技术研究; b)赣南脐橙皮渣、落果等脐橙资源的活性物质开发利用研究; c)赣南脐橙天然保鲜剂研制开发
　　2、天然活性分子的发掘利用研究：综合运用微生物发酵工程、现代分离分析及化学生物学先进技术，从中草药、 特色植物及微生物次级代谢产物中发掘天然活性分子，开发其在药品、保健食品及日化产品中的应用潜能。""
