个人简历
钟南京,男,工学博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。中共党员,食品科学系主任。广东省高等学校“优秀青年教师”培养对象,广东省“千百十”人才培养工程校级培养对象,广东省食品学会青年委员会委员。1999年进入河南工业大学粮油食品学院学习,分别于2003年和2006年获学士和硕士学位;2010年博士毕业于华南理工大学轻工与食品学院。2010年至今在广东药科大学食品科学学院任教,主讲《油脂精炼与加工工艺学》、《专业英语》、《食品分析》、《食品理化检验》等专业课程。长期从事油脂改性研究,在该研究方向目前以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文12篇,EI论文2篇;参编专著1部(TheAmericanOilChemists′Society,AOCSPress出版)。系FoodChem,JAOCS,CatalToday,EurJLipidSciTech,ProcessBiochem,JMolCatalB-Enzym,JFoodSci,EurFoodResTechnol,《现代食品科技》等学术期刊的评审者。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、广东省科技厅项目1项、广东省教育厅项目3项、广东省重点实验室开放基金项目1项、横向课题2项;参与广东省科技计划项目1项。先后多次获评广东药科大学“优秀共产党员”、“优秀教师”、“科研积极分子”、“先进教学工作者”、“优秀科技工作者”、“优秀班主任”、“年度考核优秀”等荣誉称号。研究领域
