毕进红, 女,1980.11生,山东荣成人,博士,教授,博士生导师,2009年于能源与环境国家重点实验室取得博士学位。2009年7月至今于福州大学环境与资源学院从事教学科研工作,2013年-2014年于香港中文大学进行访学研究。2010年获福州大学\
