戴玉梅，女，福州大学无机化学博士，教授，新加坡国立大学访问学者, 现任生命科学与化学学院院长，泉州市第三层次人才，南安市第三层次人才。
承担课程:
《有机化学》《有机化学实验》《无机化学实验》《生物化学》《应用化学专业外语》等。
成绩荣誉：
2011年12月，被确立为福建师范大学闽南科技学院第二届青年骨干教师重点培养对象；
2013年12月，荣获福建师范大学闽南科技学院第五届科技节优秀论文评比一等奖；
2015年5月，被聘任为福建省教育专家评估专家；
2015年9月，荣获学院2013—2014学年本科课堂教学优秀奖；
