个人简历


邹华松研究员博士生导师
闽江学者特聘教授。先后主持国家自然科学基金4项,省市基金项目2项;参加国家自然科学基金重点项目、农业部公益性行业科技专项等3项。在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文近40篇。
1990.9-1994.7,南京农业大学植物病理学系本科在读;
1994.8-1997.8,安徽省全椒县农业局农业技术员;
1997.9-2002.8,南京农业大学植物保护学院植物病理学系攻读博士;
2002.9-2008.7,中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所,助理研究员,副研究员;
2004.4-2004.10,美国纽约城市大学访问学者;
2008.8-2013.11,上海交通大学农业与生物学院副研究员,硕士生导师;
2010.10-2012.4,美国佛罗里达大学博士后。

研究领域


微生物-植物相互作用的分子遗传学;以植物病原细菌为研究对象,揭示其寄主植物上的致病机理以及病害防控。运用基因组学、蛋白组学和分泌组学方法研究细菌II型和III型分泌系统(T3SS)的表达与调控组装,所分泌的胞外蛋白对植物抗(感)病性的影响以及对寄主植物PTI或ETI的诱导。
