"""""课题组研究兴趣是基于生物质谱的蛋白质组学新技术新方法建立与应用研究。与疾病相关的蛋白质往往是丰度较低的蛋白质并和蛋白质翻译后修饰有关,这些重要的蛋白质由于本身存在的量极少或修饰的量极少而很难得以有效鉴定。低丰度蛋白质和蛋白质翻译后修饰的精准质谱定性和定量分析作为一个艰巨的前沿研究任务,适合质谱鉴定的样品处理方法和相应的质谱分析方法对实现该任务起着首要和关键作用。课题组建立了一系列复杂背景干扰下低丰度蛋白质和翻译后修饰蛋白质的高灵敏鉴定和高准确定量新方法,在重大疾病蛋白质标志物高灵敏鉴定和高准确验证关键环节获系列重要成果。"
