"""""课题组在生物分析化学、微/纳分析系统、生物传感器及蛋白质分析新方法和新技术等方面进行了深入系统的研究,提出了基于结构性能可控的新型纳米材料组装功能化界面,发展生物传感新技术,旨在建立快速检测与疾病相关的重要标志物以及蛋白质相互作用的分析方法。提出了微/纳通道表面修饰的新方法,构建仿生界面和特异性生物识别分子层,成功地用于蛋白质的在线酶解和相互作用研究。研发了多种蛋白质酶解新技术,开发的微/纳反应器为低丰度蛋白质的分析鉴定提供了新的技术平台。提出了基于光电化学原理的离子源内氧化还原反应概念,发展了电化学调控-激光解析离子化反应新技术,进行蛋白质的结构分析、高效鉴定和反应机理研究。"近期论文
