个人简历


杨自强,男,电子科技大学副研究员,美国哥伦比亚大学访问学者。2003年和2008年分别获得电子科技大学电磁场与微波技术专业学士和博士学位,之后留校工作。2009年破格晋升副研究员。2013年1月到2014年1月在美国哥伦比亚大学电气工程系做访问学者,参加美国先进研究项目局资助的太赫兹T/R芯片项目,负责低噪声放大芯片开发。先后主持和参与了国家自然科学基金项目、国防基础科研等10多项单片集成电路相关科研项目,获省部级奖励1项,申请发明专利6项,在《IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components letters》、《Electronic letters》等国外重要刊物上公开发表论文30余篇,其中20余篇被SCI收录。担任多个国际期刊、国际会议和国内核心期刊的审稿人。
