个人简历


苏桦,男,1977年1月出生,博士、教授、博士生导师。1999年获电子科技大学电子材料与元器件专业学士学位,2002年获电子科技大学材料物理与化学专业硕士学位并留校任教,2006年获电子科技大学微电子与固体电子学专业博士学位。

研究领域


主要从事高性能电子功能陶瓷材料及器件应用的研究,近年来在抗EMI(电磁干扰)铁氧体材料、低功耗铁氧体材料、微波旋磁/介电陶瓷材料、复合磁性-介电材料及应用,LTCC(低温共烧陶瓷)材料及器件应用等领域开展了较为深入的研究。
