个人简历


1992年,四川大学应用化学系本科毕业,1997年,四川大学无机材料系硕士研究生毕业,后在电子科技大学任教,2008年电子科技大学电子科学与技术系博士毕业。现任电子科技大学电子科学与技术系副主任。2008年晋升为教授,2014年任电子信息材料与器件实验中心首席教授。

研究领域


长期从事低温共烧LTCC基板材料、微波铁氧体材料和低温共烧铁电/铁磁复合磁电材料的制备及应用研究,基于LTCC技术的叠层片式电感器、滤波器、小型化天线设计与制作研究。
