学习及工作经历2015.4~至今东南大学国家专用集成电路系统工程技术研究中心教授2008.4~2015.3 东南大学国家专用集成电路系统工程技术研究中心研究员2007.4~2008.4 东南大学国家专用集成电路系统工程技术研究中心副教授2004.4~2007.4 东南大学国家专用集成电路系统工程技术研究中心讲师1999.9~2004.4 东南大学电子科学与工程学院 研究生学习1995.9~1999.6 东南 大学电子科学与工程学院 本科学习 长期从事低功耗电路研究,是国内宽电压近阈值技术研究的领军青年学者。近几年主持和参加多项国家级项目,先后完成国家科技重大专项、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等项目7项。2014年起承担国家 863项目“高效能近阈值集成电路关键技术研究”和国家自然科学基金项目“超低待机功耗快速唤醒的微控制器关键技术研究”,2019年起牵头承担重点研发计划“超低功耗、高可靠和强实时微控制器芯片研发”项目,研制了国内首套宽电压单元库和设计流程。近年来发表集成电路奥林匹克会议ISSCC 2篇,旗舰期刊JSSC 4篇,包括宽电压存储器、宽电压存内计算、宽电压弹性设计和低电压 KWS 芯片。拥有美国专利7项、中国专利50余项;获得国家科技进步二等奖1项(排2)、江苏省科技进步一等奖2项(排1)、教育部技术发明一等奖1项(排5)、中国电子学会优秀青年工作者等。 【研究成果】主要科研奖励1、 中国电子学会优秀科技工作者,2018年2、“物联网低功耗关键技术研发和应用”,2018年江苏省科技进步一等奖3、“高能效动态可重构计算及其系统芯片关键技术”2015年国家技术发明一等奖4、 江苏省第五期“333高层次人才培养工程”第三层次培养对象(中青年学术技术带头人),2016年5、“服务三农的安全可信金融电子交易关键技术和应用”,2014年国家科技进步二等奖研究领域
