MEMS教育部重点实验室主任助理。出生于1980.7。2009年毕业于南京大学物理系,微电子学与固体电子学专业,获博士学位。2010-2012年间赴法国Université Claude-Bernard Lyon 1从事博士后研究。承担《固体物理基础》,《电子器件(双语)》,《电子信息类专业学习概论(研讨)》,《纳微光机电基础》课程的教学工作。研究领域
先进光/电功能材料的制备和性能研究,新型半导体结构和器件的设计、制备和性质研究; 基于原位高分辨电子显微学方法的材料生长和性质调控方面的研究。近期论文
