顾宁教授,教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者。 现任江苏省生物材料与器件重点实验室主任、东南大学纳米科学与技术研究中心主任。 曾任东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院院长、国家纳米科技重大专项专家委员会纳米生物与医药专家组成员、国家中长期规划“战略高技术与高新技术产业化研究专题组”成员、担任国家纳米科技协调指导委员会成员、国家重大科学研究计划“纳米研究”专家组专家、教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金评审专家、中国真空学会表面与纳米科学专委会副主任委员、中国生物医学工程学会常务理事、江苏省生物医学工程学会理事长 及 纳米医药专业委员会主任委员、江苏省新材料创新示范工程专家组专家等。

研究领域


"""""从事分子功能材料薄膜、纳米加工以及纳米材料制备、表征、及其在生物医(药)学领域中的应用研究。完成并正在承担十多项国家级及部省级科研项目,其中在生物纳米结构的扫描力显微术表征、生物医学纳米材料制备与构效关系研究以及原型纳米器件研制等方面的主要结果,包括在国内最早采用改装电子束装置制备出线宽小于70纳米的结构;在国际上采用原子力显微镜较系统地研究了人体腰椎间盘组织中的胶原等生物组织的纳米结构及其与相关病症,如腰椎间盘突出等相关的原因,并相继开展对生物杆状纳米结构进行了结构结合力学模量测量分析的研究;研究制备出一系列磁性纳米材料,研究将其应用与临床诊断与治疗肿瘤的功能、相关器械以及设备;研制出尖端直径纳米量级以及锥角可控的光纤探针与热电偶,可望在超高灵敏度生物检测方面获得应用等。目前主要研究兴趣还包括单分子与单细胞检测、磁性纳米材料与器件的生物医学应用、分子与生物纳米器件及其生物医学应用等。"
