2003年南京师范大学物理系本科毕业。2006年东南大学物理系硕士毕业后留校任教。2008-2011年在东南大学物理系在职攻读理学博士学位。主要从事低维半导体材料的能带调制、磁性诱导以及新能源利用方面的理论计算研究工作

研究领域


半导体纳米晶体的电子结构和在新能源方面的应用;磁性半导体复合材料的设计与电磁性质的研究;二维半导体材料表(界)面结构分析和对材料电磁性质的影响。
